I have been playing with svg files again and of coursethey come from svgcuts.com
I do so love their files and think Mary is a very talented designer. The other thing about their files is they are always nicely finished and Leo and Mary put out a video on how to put them together. I have learnt heaps from just watching their videos. Now as you probably know I have die cutting machines but for those of you who don't many of these files have the pattern you can download and cut by hand. Today I wanted to do something on the computer but it was not cooperating so I journeyed to the path outside my door to take some photos of the golden carriages and then thought I needed to blog these pics so Madge and friends can see them so here goes.

Lets hope the weather improves so they can wear them. The girls love T-shirts with their favourite characters and with the Cricut Explore I have been able to do 'Print and Cut'. These are $4 T-shirts and a $6 for 3 singlet pack. I found the characters that were cut around were much easier to peel off than the square photo I did. Not sure if this was because I left the corners sharp but I am really happy with the way these worked out. Those of you who don't know what a Cricut Explore is check it out here Cricut Explore.

I knew when it was announced that I would have one very happy grandie today
Disney and Cricut have put out a Frozen cartridge. I went in and got it digitally as I had the t-shirt here I did a print and cut using HP t-shirt printing paper. iron for 15 seconds peel off and voila there is a very happy little girl. Done in Design space on the Cricut Explore.
As some of you will know I have the Cricut Explore and have been playing with design space, I came across a pad of decoupage which I have had for some years as I am unable to cut all the pieces as my hands seize up using scissors for any length of time. Well- with the print and cut feature of deign scape I scanned the decoupage pictures, edited them in Picasa, uploaded them into design space sized them to suit and got the print and cut feature to do the work for me. here is the end result.
This is the print To save paper I turned it upside down to print the ear.
