Transparency in balls

I had looked at the glass and plastic globes I had seen on face book and thought I would like to do some, but could not find them till a week ago. Now here is what I have done so far.

4yo grandie loves making cards.

My 4yo grangie loves making cards and while I was on the computer she asked if we could make a card. I went to design space and put up cards. As I was scrolling through she picked the one she wanted to make. I cut all the pieces with her loading and unloading the mat by pressing the buttons. Below is the final card she decorated the inside after we ut it together. I will say however I would in future use scrapbook paper not card for all but the outer layer as it is very thick with all the layers.

Fairy Cottage

I love my explore and used it to cut the Fairy cottage from SVGcuts (affiliate link*).
I have embossed a lot of the panels and inked the edges of all of them. It has taken some time to put together and I have had to take it apart as I put some of it together wrong but it is finally finished so I thought I would show a video as well as some pics. I have used Close to my Heart papers, inks and embossing folders diamond, woodgrain and quatrefoil. If you would like to look/shop at Close to my Heart go here.

Playing after the Hamilton Education session

The year seems to be going way too fast but it will be nice to get some sunny weather. WE had 'Our Crafting Retreat' where 6 of us get together and share ideas of Cricut, stamping and scrap booking, Close to my Heart and Stampinup. We had a great time and the ladies are fantastic. Then I had 2 Cricut Design Space education days, These went very well and the ladies who came learnt lots more about the program that works the Cricut Explore. After the days Education in Hamilton Raine and I started cutting some stuff. Raine decided to make the Haunted village Jooniper Parker put on her blog. You can go to her blog here. I made a village and also a haunted house a small one from Cricut. It is on the cartridge Happy Hauntings Cartridge you can buy here .

Catch up

Well I seem to have woken up and the year has almost gone. I have been doing a bit more like meeting the awesome couple who own Three Little Whimzee -Juliette and Deon. I asked them if they could bring in the Explore air and wowser they looked into it and did. Yes we had the Cricut Explore air for release at SENZ in Auckland in July. Well since then we have gone to Porirua and the Cricut Explore air machines are selling like hot cakes to hungry people.

I have done 2 retreats with friends and now I am starting Cricut Design Space Education. The Cricut Explore range of machine works on the program Design Space and although it is very easy to use there are heaps of things you can do. I have now got events in Hamilton on the 15th and 16th October and in Wellington on the 29th October. If you are interested in the events go to www.Ohsomanycrafts.com and click on the calendar tab. There is also quite a bit of info on the website as well as a form for registering if you would like to do a seminar on Design Space.

Some people in Auckland want an event as well so just starting to sort dates. Another exciting thing is that Madge and I are going to Australia Cricut and Craft hunting in Novmber.

I have been doing Joonipers fun fold card Palooza cards and although I have not done all of them yet I am working my way through them. I have done a few other things though like putting up some of my designs in Primrose and they as well as others can upload their Cricut projects and make the ones already there.

 I have been beta testing the android app for design space and it is coming along well.
